We just don’t throw words into the wind. The Liberal Democratic Party is a young party, a close-knit team with which we are working together to solve important problems for the citizens of our country. It is important that we are not just a team. We are Family. Congenial people. We are united not only by work. We know how to joke, we know how to support a friend and colleague when it is hard for him.
A year has passed since my election to the post of Chairman of the Party, and this year has taught me a lot. The Liberal Democratic Party, contrary to the forecasts of all kinds of hysterics, has only strengthened. There are already more than 350 thousand of us. And I am sure that people will follow everyone, teams will follow. The LDPR is perhaps the most promising party in modern Russia. First party.
However, today the Motherland expects from us not political statements, but real deeds – for the Victory, for ordinary people, for the well-being of our country. We don’t chat, we work. Party members and volunteers sent hundreds of tons of humanitarian aid to the Donbass, in 176 cities, under the patronage of the LDPR, shweibats opened. During the year, the party initiated more than 150 bills. We are listened to and heard: the proposals of the Liberal Democratic Party become laws. Of course, there is still a lot to be done. And the program of the Liberal Democratic Party, which I announced today to fellow party members, identifies problems and suggests ways to solve them.
Our priorities are to increase the real well-being of citizens, population growth, development of healthcare and education, and overcoming the country’s technological backwardness. Our proposals are clear and obvious, and therefore more attractive than ever. With this program, with these ideas, the party goes to the polls in September.
We are ready to work to achieve results in the regional parliaments – all our proposals after the election of our deputies will become bills. We will seek their acceptance.
