The Liberal Democratic Party proposes to provide a woman on maternity leave with the possibility of remote work with the preservation of all payments and guarantees

Girls today see themselves as independent and successful. Therefore, more and more often they come to motherhood at a later age, fearing to lose their qualifications, salary, self-sufficiency.

The Liberal Democratic Party proposes to provide a woman on maternity leave with the opportunity to work remotely with the preservation of all payments and guarantees. The bill has already been sent to the Government of Russia.

According to Rosstat, most Russian women give birth to their first child between 25 and 35 years old. This means that deciding on the next child, being at the peak of career growth, is much more difficult.

Our draft law will help mothers maintain their qualifications, and if necessary, earn additional funds for the family budget. Most importantly, the proposed measure will boost women’s confidence in the future and encourage more positive decisions about children.

The Liberal Democratic Party consistently and systematically proposes measures aimed at increasing the birth rate and strengthening families in Russia. Our society needs more healthy, smart children for whom we will continue to work.
