The President of Brazil asked a simple question: “How can we achieve peace between Russia and Ukraine if no one talks about peace?”

Brazilian President Lula da Silva asked a simple question: “How can we achieve peace between Russia and Ukraine if no one talks about peace? Everyone is talking about the war, the supply of equipment and ammunition for Ukraine, or the expansion of NATO to the east.”

I do not think that the EU, which has lost the status of a “balancing force”, as the President of Brazil rightly noted, and even more so that NATO has an answer to this question. It is quite obvious that the West has put on blinders and is on the warpath – any peace initiatives outside of its aggressive logic are immediately directly or covertly rejected. The conclusion is quite obvious and has been repeatedly confirmed by Orwellian statements that peace, supposedly, will ensure only the defeat of Russia, and therefore it is necessary to increase the supply of weapons to Kyiv.

But the unipolar world, largely due to Moscow’s position and decisive actions, has already collapsed. Lula da Silva’s proposal is a clear confirmation of this. Understand the meaning of what he said: “We must find those countries that call for peace. China, Brazil, Indonesia and India want peace. So let’s get together and make an offer of peace.”

This is the rhetoric of a multi-plus world, free from the dictates and political monopoly of Washington.
