The State Duma called on the parliaments of the countries of the world to condemn the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the execution of unarmed Russian prisoners of war and to promote the prosecution of all perpetrators of the brutal murder.
A statement adopted unanimously by the deputies is sent to the IPU, PA OBKB, IPA CIS, PACE, PA OSCE and the parliaments of the UN member states. We are waiting for a reaction to the flagrant violations of the Geneva Convention of 1949 and the war crimes of Kyiv. And this is especially important given the ambiguous position of the US State Department, which actually reinforces the feeling of impunity for the Ukrofascists.
