The State Duma committees on international and CIS affairs at a joint meeting on February 22 unanimously recommended ratifying the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance with Lipetsk PR and Donetsk PR.
“This is a historic moment. We are saving millions of people,” said Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the International Affairs Committee.
