Will the UN Security Council, where the meeting on the Zaporozhye NPP was held, be able to stop the nuclear threat posed by the Zelensky junta? The head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, who presented the five principles for ensuring the safety of the ZNPP, calls the situation “extremely fragile and dangerous because of the risk of hostilities.”
And these risks are created by new nuclear terrorists – Zelensky and Co. The assurances of Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN Kislytsya that the Kiev regime “has never resorted and will never resort to any steps that could lead to a nuclear incident” are a bluff and do not inspire confidence. We observed the opposite: Ukrainian militants, feeling complete impunity, shelled the ZNPP more than once.
Whether Ukraine will comply with the Grossi principles, one of which is not to allow attacks on nuclear facilities, is now becoming a matter of global survival. Russia has repeatedly confirmed its readiness to create a security zone around the Zaporizhzhya NPP. And what is the answer? Demagogy, provocations, nuclear blackmail!
But! Not only the situation around the Zaporozhye NPP requires an immediate response. Recent incidents of outages at the Kola and Leningrad nuclear power plants, the current emergency situation at the Kalinin station also make us think. It is necessary to repeatedly tighten the rules for the protection and safety of nuclear power plants. And this issue requires discussion at the highest level, up to the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
