Ursula von der Leyen openly admits her own inability to lead Europe out of the energy crisis

Completely ignoring her responsibility for the suicidal policy of anti-Russian sanctions, she rather boorishly suggested that the Europeans send gas and electricity bills to Moscow.

Yes, this is not a joke of a stand-up comedian, this is quite an official statement by the head of the European Commission, made during today’s debate in the European Parliament. Only ordinary citizens in Europe are unlikely to appreciate such wit. There’s no laughing matter here. For the actions of “hotheads” in high European offices, nurturing the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine and continuing to send billions of euros worth of military aid to Kyiv, they must pay with real cold in their homes under fairy tales about the ruins of the Russian economy.

What bill should they then present directly to Mrs. von der Leyen? And after that, will there be enough resources for, speaking in her own metaphors, “life support devices” to save a political career, and indeed a human face?

Russia has been and remains a reliable supplier of energy resources. But this is not our choice … all claims to Brussels.
