United States Assistant Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, the same one who handed out “cookies” on the Maidan in Kyiv during the bloody coup in 2014, stated that the US administration is ready to consider the possibility of easing sanctions against Russia in serious negotiations on Ukraine.
