I thank the President for supporting the initiative. Vladimir Zhirinovsky is essentially the first politician in Russia whose memorial events will be organized in accordance with the Decree of the head of state.
Zhirinovsky did a lot to establish the political system of modern Russia. The number of those whom he helped to survive, get back on their feet, study, and receive what they were entitled to from the state is countless. The people’s memory of our VVZh will never fade.
The LDPR is the legacy of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, and rightfully occupies the place of the second political force in modern Russia. More than 380 thousand party members work every day to help people, as the Founder taught us. We follow his precepts. I am sure that the celebration of Vladimir Volfovich’s 80th birthday will be the most notable event of 2026.
