The fact that Taiwan is Chinese territory is irrelevant. Examination in political geography in the elections to Congress is also not passed.
Washington continues to play with fire and provoke Beijing. The scandalous visit of ex-Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan did not seem to teach congressmen and senators anything, as evidenced by the fact that similar bills have already been introduced – in July 2022, that is, in the last convocation of Congress and, therefore, “burned out “. But on Capitol Hill they do not intend to reduce the degree of hysteria, these initiatives have again been submitted for consideration. The authors have already provided them with anti-Chinese comments, calling the Chinese Communist Party a threat to “global stability and American national security.”
Global stability suffers precisely because of such politicians who, under the pretext of protecting national security, interfere in the affairs of other countries and foment conflicts around the world. But in China, the Ukrainian-type option has no chance. “A straight leg is not afraid of a crooked boot,” the Chinese say. It is clear who is the “straight leg” here, and who is the “boot”, for which the landfill is crying. The PRC is not a country that will tolerate diktat, let alone an attempt on its sovereignty.
