We must strive to reduce utility costs for Russians

The planned growth for 2024 will be 9.8%. But our citizens, especially older ones, who are accustomed to unconditionally trusting housing offices, cannot always adequately assess whether management companies are spending money effectively. We receive many requests at the party reception on the topic of housing and communal services, which are taken under control by LDPR deputies.

We have prepared a bill providing for a full audit of the cost and quality of execution of housing and communal services, as well as the activities of other organizations that accept payments.

The audit results will be publicly available to citizens. If the audit reveals poor-quality provision of services, inflated costs, and misuse of residents’ money, then unscrupulous management companies will be held accountable. In addition, there will be grounds to demand a recalculation or return of funds to the home budget. It is necessary to make it easier for ordinary owners to control the quality and cost of services.
