Because our citizens encounter migrants every day: they teach children in schools overcrowded with migrant children, go to clinics where most visitors do not speak Russian, go to playgrounds filled with newcomers.
We cannot ignore the problem and delay its solution. And the government understands this and is taking the necessary steps. The State Duma has already adopted and will adopt important bills on adjusting Russia’s migration policy.
We will refine the bill, clarify the categories and mechanisms of the ban, and we will seek its adoption. If the bill is re-introduced by the majority party, no problem, we will support it. Because it does not matter who the author is, the result is important. This is the LDPR approach.
