Zelensky, despite his own ban on negotiations with Russia, essentially declares his readiness for dialogue on a “peace plan”

“I believe that Russian representatives should be at the second summit,” he said in connection with the proposed holding of a so-called peace summit to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. The first, held in Switzerland, ended in complete failure.

What to say? First of all, the tone is absolutely unacceptable. No “shoulds”! Russia definitely doesn’t owe Zelensky and his junta anything! And, I am sure, he will not take part in any so-called. summits on the terms of the Kyiv puppets and their Western masters.

As for negotiations, yes, they have said more than once that they are ready to conduct them. But taking into account today’s realities, including territorial ones and those approved in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Who to lead with? Another question. I doubt that with the “overdue” leader of the Ukrainian regime. The only legitimate institution in Ukraine today, if the presidential elections are cancelled, can be the Verkhovna Rada and its speaker. But power there has been usurped.

And one more thing: today there is already a whole list of “peace initiatives”: Chinese, Brazilian, Turkish… Hungarian Prime Minister Orban, according to media reports, is also ready to present a “peace plan” in July based on the results of his recent visits. But! The most accurate and effective “peace formula” for ending the conflict and finding a compromise was voiced by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is what we need to start from!
