Historical oxymoron. The participation of the leader of Bandera’s followers in the ceremony dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz was a complete outrage against the memory of the victims of fascism and prisoners of the “death factory”. The Polish authorities are trying to remake the history of World War II according to their anti-Russian patterns. That is why representatives of Russia were not invited to the events on the occasion of the liberation of Auschwitz, although it was Soviet soldiers who saved Europe from Hitler’s fascism. Even European politicians are outraged. Thierry Mariani, a member of the European Parliament from France, called Zelensky’s presence absurd, and Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin called it “the recreation of a new evil”
Time will put everything in its place. No thugs or temporary workers will take away our Victory. Neither the one won back then, in 1945, nor the one that is already close, for the sake of which a Russian soldier is once again fighting the forces of evil in Ukraine.
