Washington, it seems, is not loosening its grip on the main beneficiary of the conflict “to the last Ukrainian”. Literally.
But there is a question: what to develop? And where? 70% of the total volume of rare earth metals on the map of the former Ukraine falls on the Russian DPR and LPR. Kyiv has lost Donbass forever, this is acknowledged by representatives of the new US administration.
And one more nuance. The “deal” with Zelensky in the absence of his legitimacy is not worth a dime.
