We are already ahead of NATO countries in ground weapons, it’s time to overtake them at sea.
It is necessary to radically reconsider approaches to shipbuilding in the country. Each shipyard must be provided with government, including military, orders. Our fleet must grow by dozens of ships every year, be capable of hitting any sea or land target, and become a threat in the minds of those who consider our country an enemy.
It is necessary to modernize production processes, support and motivate the introduction of the most modern technologies into the shipbuilding industry, and most importantly, provide it with young and talented personnel. We have been talking for a long time about the importance of supporting those guys who want to connect their lives with technical specialties. They need support and clear prospects for professional and personal growth. It is important that the industry does not experience a critical shortage of personnel.
