We have been maintaining the bar for the number of draft laws prepared and submitted for more than one parliamentary semester. 28 initiatives developed with the participation of LDPR deputies became laws this session. More than 100 are under consideration in the Duma committees.
Of course, the most resonant was the LDPR anti-migrant package. We did not just launch the legislative trend of the session. It was the LDPR proposals that formed the basis of the decisions adopted by the Duma to tighten migration policy and combat illegal immigrants. Next in line is a ban on migrants moving their families, establishing priority for the native population when hiring, increasing taxes for foreign specialists and other LDPR initiatives.
The lawlessness of migrants must be stopped. Today, a bill was introduced limiting the period of registration in hostels and hotels to one month per calendar year.
We will continue the work of the LDPR faction according to the planned plan.
The President declared 2025 the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland. Together with the Union of Veterans of the SVO, we are organizing the second forum to help the special military operation “Shoulder to Shoulder”. Its main topic will be the social and labor adaptation of the participants in the special operation, their professional retraining. We will invite the soldiers, their relatives, wives, mothers, to think together about how to create comfortable conditions for our heroes upon their return from the front lines. As part of the forum, we will hold an off-site meeting of the LDPR Faction. We will gather deputies, federal ministers, experts, so that all proposals become specific bills at the federal and regional levels.
I thank each party member for their effective work. Without knowledge of the situation on the ground, the faction’s bills would not be so in demand. I express special gratitude to the voters who support the LDPR. Together we will achieve the development of the country!
