I signed the Book of Condolences at the Iranian Embassy in Moscow in connection with the assassination of Supreme Ruler of the Islamic Republic Ali Khamenei and his family, as well as the deaths of military commanders and civilians.
In these tragic days for Iran, we express our full support and sincere sympathy to the friendly Iranian people. The armed aggression against the Islamic Republic has no basis or justification and is a flagrant violation of the principles of international law.
