I summarized the LDPR’s work during the State Duma’s autumn session

Our party’s deputies passed important laws, actively working within and across factions. During the autumn session, the LDPR initiated 52 bills with a clear social focus.

As for interim results, the LDPR faction introduced 1,099 bills during the current session—second only to the parliamentary majority party. But we strive for quality, not quantity!

At our party’s initiative, we supported combat veterans by legislating an additional 15 days of leave. We are working to require lenders to reduce interest rates on outstanding loans when the key rate is reduced. Other key LDPR initiatives include a ban on fines and penalties for borrowers on parental leave, a monthly pension payment for citizens with 35 years of service for men and 30 years for women, and a maximum permissible share of citizens’ housing and utilities expenses of no more than 10% of family income.

The LDPR demands an end to the ongoing process of making life more difficult for ordinary people. We must address the problems that force citizens to overpay, stifle small businesses, and lead to rising prices. We must remove the barriers that turn utilities, loans, and basic purchases into a constant struggle for survival.

The LDPR takes a principled position: the law must protect citizens’ wallets and protect them from price, tariff, and tax pressures.

We will continue to fight for the well-being of the Russian people. The LDPR welcomes 2026 with determination and a readiness to take action that will truly make people’s lives easier.
