Today, December 5, is Volunteer Day in Russia

This is a holiday for everyone who helps society voluntarily, sparing no effort or time. Over the past decade, the volunteer movement in Russia has become a powerful factor, a serious help in various areas of life.

We are proud of the LDPR volunteers – there are thousands of them. Brave, kind, reliable, real – they collect and deliver humanitarian aid to the front lines and to new regions, help in hospitals, collect books and toys for children. They are ready to come to the aid of the elderly, supporting them in difficult times – whether it is working in the garden, buying groceries or preparing firewood.

Today is a very cool day when we can together make a gift to those in need, who are in a difficult situation. Together we can collect things for the homeless, clean the apartment of a retired neighbor or simply transfer money to one of the funds. Everyone needs to be helped.

On behalf of ourselves and the LDPR deputies, we will transfer funds to the Zhirinovsky Foundation that will go to help children in the border area whose homes were damaged by shelling.

I thank each volunteer for their invaluable contribution to the development of the country. I congratulate you on the holiday, on Volunteer Day in Russia.
