Management companies have become a real scourge for people across the country.
Entrance halls go unmaintained for years, roofs leak, and basements are impossible to access. The tap water, instead of hot, is lukewarm, and that’s the best-case scenario. Residents write to the management company, but receive no response, no clear report on where the money went, and no recalculation.
If your building isn’t being repaired, bills are being inflated, reports are being hidden, or complaints are being ignored – contact the LDPR. We are creating a nationwide database of unscrupulous management companies and, together with the Prosecutor General’s Office, will seek their punishment.
You can contact us through the party’s website, by email at info@ldpr.ru, or by visiting any regional LDPR office across the country.
We will investigate each complaint to determine where the residents’ money went. The work was paid for but not completed—we’ll get the money back. The violations have become systemic—we’ll raise the issue of revoking the license. There are signs of theft—we’ll forward the materials to the investigative authorities.
