A visit to the museum of my friend and teacher Viktor Stepanovich will remain significant for me. We were very close and constantly kept in touch. I learned a lot from Viktor Stepanovich and I’m proud of it. A very special person to me. He never became discouraged, never lost heart, never gave up, and could infect everyone around him with his positive energy. In addition, Viktor Stepanovich was an example of a true Russian family man.
Of course, during the excursion we joked in Chernomyrdin’s style, because this is the only way to solve the most difficult problems. How Viktor Stepanovich did it. A piece of his energy is present in the museum. I am sure that the LDPR team and I will visit here more than once.
