Children’s dreams should come true—it’s every adult’s responsibility

I traditionally took part in the all-Russian charity event “Yolka zhelaniy” (Christmas Tree of Wishes)—one of the country’s kindest initiatives.

This year, I took ten Christmas tree balls with children’s cherished wishes on them. I will fulfill the wishes of children from the Omsk, Belgorod, Kursk, and Tyumen regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR).

Honestly, my colleagues and I don’t need a special holiday to help children. We do this every day. We were children ourselves once, and we understand how much children await a New Year’s miracle. We know how many of our children live in single-parent families, where childhood dreams are often impossible to fulfill. And how many of our children are participants in special military operations, who also have dreams.

I will definitely fulfill these children’s wishes so that their faith in miracles never fades. After all, when the child inside you dies, you’re already an old man. So let’s all cherish the memories of childhood!
