And in this sense, the reaction to the Istanbul meeting clearly shows who is truly for peace, and who remains captive to their own power ambitions.
The main task is to achieve a sustainable, long-term peace and eliminate the root causes of the conflict. The Russian negotiating team consists of top-level professionals. All the clowning and attempts to divert the conversation are shattered by the firm and consistent position of the Russian delegation.
