The bill introduced by deputies of all factions was developed in order to implement Resolutions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and regulates the issues of providing housing or a subsidy for its acquisition of Russian citizens who had previously served under a contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, but who at that time had a foreign passport.
The initiative is aimed at providing full social guarantees to those who, with weapons in their hands, defended the territorial integrity and security of Russia. I thank my colleagues for their support.
