The State Duma called on the UN and parliaments around the world to condemn the barbaric terrorist attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the pedagogical college in Starobilsk

Deputies adopted an appeal, the draft of which was prepared by the International Affairs Committee.

Ukrainian neo-Nazis committed a flagrant war crime against civilians. On the night of May 21-22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately attacked a dormitory and a college building. The Ukrainian junta repeatedly and deliberately struck minors with missiles and drones. Twenty-one people were killed, and more than 60 were wounded or maimed. And these were mostly girls.

Grief has befallen the families and friends of the victims; the Luhansk region is mourning, and with it, our entire country. And only the bloody clown and his “support group” continue to mock the victims. With numerous terrorist attacks against civilian infrastructure, Zelenskyy is trying his best to prove to the West the combat effectiveness of his neo-Bandera units, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces have completely lost the initiative on the battlefield. Meanwhile, Russophobic Europe practically applauds him, turning a blind eye to the tragedies and deaths among civilians.

There is no limit to the cynicism! Complete degradation and dehumanization, the atrophy of morality and ethics! The blood of our girls’ victims is also on the hands of Zelenskyy’s entire European “support group,” all those who direct deadly weapons, supply intelligence, and finance the terrorist regime in Kyiv. They are all guilty, all complicit. There is no statute of limitations for such crimes, and there cannot be one.

In our appeal, we demand that the Kyiv terrorist regime be condemned and that the organizers and perpetrators of this monstrous atrocity be held accountable. I am confident that sensible politicians around the world will certainly support the call of the Russian parliament.
