The State Duma unanimously adopted an appeal prepared by the Foreign Affairs Committee to the parliaments of France, Great Britain, and Germany calling for an independent investigation into Paris and London’s plans to supply nuclear weapons components to Kyiv.
On February 24, the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) exposed the criminal intentions of the French and British. This information deserves the utmost seriousness. Implementing an escalation scenario involving the Banderites’ use of a “dirty bomb” would not only constitute a flagrant violation of the international non-proliferation regime but would also create the threat of nuclear catastrophe and World War III.
It is worth recalling the provisions of Russia’s updated nuclear doctrine, according to which aggression by a non-nuclear state (in this case, Ukraine) supported by a non-nuclear state (the two official members of the “nuclear club,” France and Great Britain) will be considered a joint attack on our country and will lead to an inevitable nuclear deterrent response. Eurohawks must understand that the consequences of this type of extremely dangerous “proxy war” against Russia, that is, by proxy and on foreign soil, will inevitably directly affect their countries and their citizens.
So far, we have heard neither clear explanations nor reasoned refutations from the French or British sides. Clearly, political circles in France and the UK have not abandoned their illusory hopes of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia for the sake of their own political survival. And seeing the dire situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield, they have apparently decided to provide “wunderwaffe” to the neo-Nazi regime. Essentially, this is a “nuclear conspiracy” by the war party, which could lead to a tragedy of global proportions.
We will not allow the creation of a nuclear terrorist hotbed near Russia’s borders. Ukraine’s non-nuclear and non-aligned status is one of the goals of the Joint Military Council, without which a resolution of the conflict is impossible.
