Proposals for the nomination of Leonid Slutsky were sent to the Supreme Council by 76 regional branches of the party. Another 8 branches announced this through the media. So far, Leonid Slutsky is the only officially nominated candidate. On May 27, an extraordinary XXXIV congress of the LDPR will be held, at which a new party chairman will be elected.
